I'M MAKING ICE CREAM, HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE?

Our fruit purées are perfect for elevating frozen treats like ice cream, sorbets, Italian ice, soft serve ice cream, ice pops and popsicles.

For the best balance of flavor and texture, we recommend using 2 to 3 pounds of purée per gallon of ice cream base. This range allows flexibility depending on your desired intensity and final product. 🍓🍦

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

Our purées have a shelf life of 18 months unopened, when stored at a maximum of 75°F, with no need to freeze. Once opened, they’ll stay fresh for 5 days refrigerated in the same bag, or can be frozen for up to 6 months. 🍓✅

🍦 CAN THESE FRUIT PURÉES BE USED IN A COMMERCIAL SOFT SERVE MACHINE?

Absolutely! Our purées are seedless, smooth, and pulp-free, making them perfect for commercial soft serve machines. They blend easily into your base without clogging the system and deliver bold, natural fruit flavor with every swirl.

👉 Just mix your desired amount based on intensity—typically 2 to 3 lbs per gallon works best for soft serve!
