We use an aseptic process that preserves the flavor, color, and natural nutrients of the fruit, we also add Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which is used to prevent oxidation of the purée, that is, it does not change color when exposed to oxygen, so although the aseptic bag protects the fruit purée, vitamin C ensures that this event will not occur.
